the staff was lovely and always available to help. the kitchenette had everything i needed including a fridge and kitchen to cool food, very useful .
Soundproofing wasn't amazing. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The staff was patient and helpful. I appreciated the quick access this location gives to many interesting areas. Breakfast had variety. This was great.
The immediate surroundings aren't great. There are many suspicious people hanging around. Sound isolation is not good, I could distinctly hear everything outside even when windows were shut. The hotel is not in a safe area.

The room included a coffee machine, which i used daily. the kitchen was equipped well enough. I used the hob. the staff were helpful and allowed me to check in early.
the area immediately around the building felt a little unsafe at night.

mixed feelings about the stay
broken air conditioning mosquito problem
the location was close to the station and within walking distance of the port area.
i was disappointed. the air conditioning did not work. the apartment was too hot. opening the balcony door only let in mosquitoes and loud noises from people shouting below.

a decent stay overall
helpful staff convenient location questionable activity missing amenities
the staff were helpful i needed some directions and they were readily available the location worked well it was close to transportation options like the metro
the neighborhood wasn't the best i saw some questionable activity nearby also the room lacked some expected amenities there was no coffee maker available
